Relaxation Exercise
This was a very interesting exercise but I fully enjoyed it. It was great to take 15 minutes to just sit, listen and relax. I personally have been trying more to do more meditating lately so that I can have live a more relaxed life. I think that taking a moment to sit and relax is very important to your mental health and when I say sit and relax I don’t mean sitting on the couch watching TV. When your watching TV your not giving your brain and body a moment to relax and unwind. In order to truly relax you need to get in almost a zen type state where all your muscles relax and you can focus on your breathing and body. I am going to use a relaxation exercise more often in my daily life because I feel so much better and at peace when I am done.
